Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Due to the sensitive and perishable nature of laboratory reagents, all sales are considered final unless the product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect.

  • Reagents that have been opened, used, or improperly stored after delivery cannot be returned.

  • Requests for returns must be made within 7 business days of delivery.

2. Conditions for Return/Replacement

  • Product must be in original, unopened packaging.

  • The lot number and expiration date must match the original purchase records.

  • Items must be stored according to manufacturer specifications while in customer possession.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Expired products.

  • Custom or made-to-order reagents.

  • Temperature-sensitive reagents requiring cold chain shipping (unless defective).

4. Process for Requesting a Return

  1. Contact our customer support team at [insert email/phone] with:

    • Order number

    • Product name and lot number

    • Reason for return

    • Supporting photos (if applicable: damaged or incorrect items)

  2. Our team will review the request and, if approved, provide a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  3. Ship the item back using the provided instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

5. Refunds & Replacements

  • Approved returns may be eligible for:

    • Replacement shipment of the correct/undamaged product, OR

    • Refund (excluding shipping fees) issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

6. Shipping Responsibility

  • If the error is on our side (wrong item, defective, damaged), we cover return shipping.

  • If the return is due to customer error (wrong product ordered, no longer needed), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
